Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Living The Blessed Of Lyfe (book collections) and Heavenly Scented by BRI (skin care products) small businesses. We handcrafted our skincare products with love and care and with high-quality ingredients to ensure your beautiful skin will be well moisturized and nourished. We pray that you will be very satisfied with our products but due to the personal and sanitary nature of skincare products, all sales are final. For this reason, we ask that you only order what you know you will use (i.e. one bar of soap instead of five at a time) and if you have not tried our products yet, we ask that you order small (i.e. one bar of soap or a 1 or 2 oz jar) or sample products on your first order. 

Although all purchases of skincare products from Heavenly Scented by BRI are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we ask that you email us at brianasmalls@livingtheblessedoflyfe.com, with your questions, comments, or concerns, as we will handle these matter on a case-by-case scenario.

If you received the WRONG ITEM ORDERED or your order is DAMAGED upon receiving (i.e. a jar is cracked or soap is broken), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product packaging and contents for a replacement at no additional cost or a store credit towards a future purchase.

  • For Christian apparels and accessories:
  • We offer a 7-day return policy on items that are damaged (i.e torn shirt) or defective (i.e. mis-printed). We do not offer returns (refunds or exchanges) on items for buyer's remorse (customers who change their minds on purchases) or wrong size or color orders. To avoid any issues, please check sizing carefully and ensure that the items  you purchase are intended for purchasing. All Christian apparel and accessories are printed on-demand and LTBOL does not hold inventory on such items.   • For book returns:
  • We offer a 7-day return policy on books that are new, unused (not read through), and in resell-able condition. No writing, marking, folds, stains, or damages permitted. Books must be in original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund (if applicable). 
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any return on book purchases.
