Self-publishing Christian writer and Children's book Author. I believe that one of the callings on my life is to be a writer. I am inspired to write for the glory of God, to bring praises unto His name, to encourage someone on their journey with the Lord and to inspires small children, who Jesus loves (Jesus loves the little children). Not all of my books are faith-based (i.e. Children's books) but most of them will be. I pray that you will find one of my books, whether it is a children's book to read to your little ones, a spiritual journal, Christian fiction or non-fiction, or my biography encouraging enough to walk deeper in your relationship with God. His plans for our lives supersede our greatest imagination of them. (Jeremiah 29:11) Blessings upon blessings...

About Me

Greetings to all! I am Briana 'Bri' Lynette Smalls, a 32 year old aspiring Christian writer & artisan crafter, from Charleston, SC, who is in love with the Lord!

The calling on my life to become a writer was confirmed when my best friend, business partner, and KNIT, Wendy L. Middleton, told me early in July of 2025 that she had seen the writing abilities that I possessed. Since then, my writing journey has begun.

The vision of crafting handmade skincare products, such as cold-processed soaps, body butters, sugar scrubs, hair oils, and much more, came in late October 2025, when initially I wanted to make candles, however, the ideas of making skincare products came forth and grew passionately. It was then that "Heavenly Scented by BRI" was birthed.

Our earnest prayer for our brand is that, whether you use our products, or read written books or journals, or even apparels that are on our website, that it will bring forth healing, deliverance, strength, power, salvation, hope, love, and a belief that Jesus is real and that He loves you (John 3:16)!

Living The Blessed Of Lyfe, with the "Y" in Lyfe being intentional represents that "YOU' are living the blessed of life in Christ Jesus.
